Napa FireWise & Enhanced Resilient Site (ERS) Program

Brandon Benelli has earned Enhanced Resilient Site (ERS) designation on properties he has managed, one of the most rigorous wildfire resilience certifications available. Through our partnership with Napa FireWise, we guide clients on a path toward ERS stewardship, connecting estate-level preparedness to a countywide network of resilient properties. Napa FireWise recognizes TBS as a trusted resource for ground-level equipment installation and operational SOPs, because stewardship without operational readiness is incomplete.

Valley Stewards Fund

We actively connect clients with the Napa FireWise Valley Stewards Fund, supporting the broader mission of landscape-scale resilience across the valley. Becoming a steward is not just an act of self-protection — it is a commitment to the community of properties and people around you.

Defensible Space Integration

Defensible space inspections and vegetation management recommendations are available at no cost through local Fire Safe Councils, CAL FIRE, and local fire departments. As trained defensible space inspectors, we help property owners coordinate and integrate those recommendations directly into their operational preparedness plans.

Insurance Landscape Advisory

California's property insurance crisis has hit homeowners and estate owners hard across the state. While we do not advise on insurance directly, a professionally installed and documented wildfire preparedness system — with signed completion records — can support conversations with insurers and surplus lines carriers. We provide documentation that supports those conversations.

Our relationship with Napa FireWise is intentionally symbiotic. We introduce clients to the ERS program and the path toward stewardship. In turn, Napa FireWise recognizes Total Bespoke Solutions as a trusted resource for ground-level equipment installation and operational SOPs when a property is ready to act. Stewardship and operational readiness are not separate goals — they reinforce each other, and together they make the whole valley safer.
